He has a sort of lavender colored hair, very light, and in the mist it could almost appear gray. Oddly enough, this is his natural hair color. He has light blue eyes that always seem to be observing his surroundings, always deeply involved in whatever task he's doing. He stands at 5'6" and weighs 120 lbs. He's skinny, but has the physique of a fighter, somewhat telling of his training as a dancer. He has pale skin from the lack of exposure to sunlight due to the mists surrounding his village.
His outfit is slightly foreign, and anything he wears was made from the village of sand with comfort in mind. He has a button up sleeveless silk martial arts shirt underneath an orange jacket with blue accents and a large blue stripe on the sleeves. White kendo pants with a blue stripe down the leg, tied in a sash, go slightly over the shinobi boots, shoes made more flexible with the design of the shinobi sandals and the build of a european boot. Occassionally he will wear a dark navy cloak over this outfit. He carries his sword in a leather carrying case, proped over his shoulder. Round black glasses cover his eyes.
Bio/History:
His personality is very militant, probably due to his growing up in the rock village, in one of their more violent clans. He very much enjoys both nin and taijutsu, but he is less fond of genjutsu, saying that he prefers a fair, head-on confrontation. He loves the sword arts especially, and hopes to become a duelist-specialist shinobi, though he has little interest in the military corps of the village. He would rather become a special-ops jounin, to bring honor to his family and fear unto their name.
Despite this seemingly harsh, stone-cold goal, he is actually quite pleasant. He is well spoken, and very opinionated on all subjects. He has a sharp, snake-like charisma that make him seem older than he actually is. He does enjoy a fight with his peers and rivals, but would prefer to not kill them, so that he may learn further from them as he is a student, and to know all of their tactical advantages when they become jounin together. He holds high hopes for all of his peers, and believes that not a one of them is truely weak.
His hobbies include swordsmanship and dance. He prefers to look at the glass as half full, and has a positive smile on all the time, as long as you're a friend or in a friendly situation with him. If you are an enemy, he will merely glare at you with a frown from under his round glasses, and will waste no time in removing you as a threat. He is fast to forgive, as long as you have tried to redeem yourself, and will hold great respect for people who willingly try to change their ways. All over, he's both a fierce friend, a fierce enemy, and a fierce soldier.
Though he used to be abused in his clan for being a child in a violent, gang-like clan setting, he has since come far as a nin, under the instruction of the clan's new leader Cao Jiwu. Cao hopes to eventually restart the clan as a less violent and non-crime destined organization, but for that he wanted an heir to make it more official. So he went looking for an apprentice, and eventually realized that one was right under his nose; Arashi. He taught him to use a spear, but Arashi never took to it. Arashi loved the sword more, and so Arashi was taught that instead. Arashi looks at Cao as an older brother, and they are often seen training together. He loves the Sand village, and the desert setting. He hopes to return to learn their jutsu, which are very similar to his clan's, and maybe even form assimilated versions of the legendary steel sand.
