(you never put a training template so I'm going to try training the best way I know how)
Horinato woke up in his home and as his eyes opened he realized that it was time to train so he got up and got dressed. After getting dressed Horinato quickly made himself some breakfast which he quickly ate and cleaned after himself for. Once this was done he went to his closet and put on his training weights which consisted of a weight belt, weight wrest bands, a chest plate and special weights that go on the bottoms of his boots. Once he put the weights on Horinato went outside and ran a lap around the mist village. While running Horinato decided that today he wanted to work on his strength and soon after he figured out a great way to work on his strength. So once he was done with his run he sprinted through the country side of the mist seeing lots of wild life and soon came up to a mountain range. Once there Horinato took out his bow and shot4 arrows into the side of the mountain and after that he did a firm kick into the mountain wall and seconds later 2 ten foot round boulders, carved out of the side of the mountain with the arrows, and then he saw a tree trunk, about 3 feet long and a foot in diameter and lashed the two boulders onto each side of the log. Then he put the log over his shoulders and began to run with this extremely heavy weight upon his shoulders. The weight was so unimaginable to him. He did not realize that there could be such a weight in the world. With each step that Horinato took he left a small crater in the ground. Trying not to think of this he just kept running not slowing down and outting all he had into this exercise. As he was moving through the forest Horinato noticed that animals were scurrying around the newly made craters that he was leaving as he moved through the countryside. He noticed that some animals were gaping at him and the trail of craters he was making also. He actually saw a fox drop it's prey out of it's mouth with it's astonishment and it did not realize what it had lost until moments later. He chuckled at this but then began to loose his balance so after quickly correcting himself he realized that he could think of anything else and that he had to concentrated on this exercise. He kept moving and about after running 7 miles he was back to his village so he decided to run another lap around the main part of the village again. As Horinato was running around the village through his great exhaustion he saw people gaping at him and the craters he was leaving and it made horinato laugh that they looked exactly the same as the animals that were looking at him. A while later Horinato finished his lap around the village, now running 12 miles with the extremely heavy boulders, and decided to make his way back to the mountain wall. Horinato kept running but was way past the point where he should have stopped the exercise but could not bring himself to stop moving eventually he was back at the mountain wall, now having run 19 miles, and concentrated chakra to his feet as he ran up the mountain wall. As soon as he started moving up the mountain wall he felt his body being pulled to the ground by the boulders but catching himself he made himself go up right and run up the wall. he kept moving and with each step he took up the wall he felt the gravity force increase and he began to become paranoid that he was slowing down so he kept trying to increase his pace as much as he could. Soon he was at the point that the only things going through his head were move forward. He was too much past exhaustion to possibly think of anything else or even notice the changes occurring around him. Soon enough Horinato climbed up the mountain wall, which was 90 degrees, and had moved 5 miles up the mountain wall now making it 24 miles. He then began to move down the mountain wall and instead of moving as fast as he could down the mountain wall he had to make himself resist the gravity's force of the massive weight he was carrying and move slowly. When he stated he felt great strain move through his whole body and knew that it was going to be extremely difficult. As he moved down the mountain wall sweat poured down to the ground from his body so much that the animals below him thought it was raining. He kept moving and was keeping the rate he moved at in check so much that now no thoughts were even going through his body and that it was just moving without thought. Horinato eventually made it to the ground, now having moved 29 miles with the massive weight of the boulders, and increased his speed to as much of a sprint his body could possibly produce in this condition and moved back to his house. He could barely keep himself balanced let alone moving. But he made it to his house despite the intense strain that his body was under. Once he got back to his house he went to throw the boulders off his shoulders a couple of feet behind but they really ended up landing a mile behind him. Not even noticing Horinato struggled moving through his house with still no thought going through his mind and not even remembering to take off the weights he was wearing. He made it to his door way but passed out on the floor before he even made it into his bed. The next morning Horinato would find out that the boulders he was moving around with weighed over 300 pounds.
